The Big One is designed for those who prefer a convenient, one-per-day multivitaminmineral. One single capsule is packed with key nutrients at optimal levels, providing a solid framework for further individualized supplementation. The Big One delivers activated B vitamins and trace minerals as well as foundational amounts of antioxidants, including mixed carotenoids and tocopherols. The Big One with Iron provides iron as ferrous bisglycinate, a well-tolerated, bioavailable form. The Big One Plus offers 2,000 IU of Vitamin D-3, consistent with recommendations made by The Endocrine Society.
Suggested use
One (1) capsule daily with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
