B-Complex is a combination of B Vitamins which are essential to the body. This complex includes eight of the B Vitamins: B-1 (Thiamine), B-2 (Riboflavin), B-3 (Niacin), B-5 (Pantothenic acid), B-6 (Pyridoxine), B-7 (Biotin), B-9 (Folic Acid), B-12 (Cobalamin). Vitamin B-Complex plays a key role in converting food into fuel but is also involved in other metabolic functions in the human body such as substance conversion detoxification, nerve transmission, blood formation, protein, and fat synthesis, maintenance of healthy blood sugar levels and appetite, muscle toning, etc.
Suggested use
Adults – Take one tablet daily, preferably with food, as a dietary supplement.
Other ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, pharmaceutical glaze, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, magnesium silicate, maltodextrin as processing aid.
This product contains soy.
Guaranteed no added: Dairy, egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, sesame, sugar, yeast, fragrance, artificial colors or flavors, preservatives, animal products.
