B-complex is a combination of B Vitamins which are essential to the body. Vitamin B-Complex plays a key role in converting food into fuel, but also involved in other metabolic functions in the human body.
Suggested use
Adults – Take one tablet daily, preferably with food, as a dietary supplement.

Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, titanium dioxide, glyceryl triacetate, fd&c red #40, fd&c yellow #6, fd&c blue#1.
