Each tablet contains 65 mg of elemental iron, equivalent to 325 mg of Ferrous Sulfate which provides 361% of Daily Value.

Suggested use
As a mineralsupplement, adults take one (1)tablet daily with any meal or as directedby a healthcare provider. Do not exceedrecommended dosage. Individual resultsmay vary.

Cellulose, dextrose, sorbitol, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium. contains <2% of: artificial colors fd&c blue #1, fd&c yellow #5), magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide.
No added yeast, preservatives or artificial flavors.
Contains a bioengineered food ingredient.
Warnings
Iron may interfere with absorption of certain antibiotics; these products shouldn’t be taken within two hours of each other. Iron-containing products may occasionally cause constipation or diarrhea.
