21ST Century D3+ K2 combines vitamin D3 with the most active form of vitamin K, two nutrients that support bone, teeth and cardiovascular health. Vitamin D is essential for absorption of calcium. Vitamin K is also important for the formation of healthy bones.
Suggested use
Consult your healthcare provider prior to taking high dose vitamin D supplements. As a vitamin supplement, adults take one (1) capsule daily with any meal or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.
Other ingredients
Microcrystalline cellulose, oat fiber, gelatin capsule, dicalcium phosphate, magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate. Contains <2% of: silicon dioxide.
